Job description:

- More than 4 years experience of architectural design (especially high rise apartments and office buildings).

- Studying or working abroad experience is a big plus.

- Be able to work under high pressure

- Conversant with local codes, requirements, submission procedures for Authority requirements;

- Ability to effectively handle architectural drawings changes and resolve any discrepancies;

- Prepare and present design proposals, general drawings and detailed designs in AutoCAD

- Work in a project team and cooperate with project members of various disciplines, such as Structural and MEPF.

- Develop final construction plans that show the building's appearance as well as details for its construction

- Make necessary changes throughout the planning process

- Responsible for professional endorsement as an Architect;

- Fluent English.

** REQUIREMENTS:

- University graduate from Architecture, candidates with Master Degree or oversea training will be preferable.

- Able to create ideas, express architecture ideas and implement design plans.

- Able to work in a professional, modern and team work environment.

- Dedicated, honest, highly responsible in work, have a good career commitment plan.

- Have specialized capacity and experience, good management, communication and interpersonal skills, creative in work.

- Fluent application for these softwares: AutoCaD, Photoshop

- Fluent English preferred

- Have experience in design and implement projects for Commercial, Offices, Hotels and Resorts.

- Vietnamese citizen.

- Based in HCMC
